Tami Rogers

Tami Rogers possesses extensive experience in sales management and strategic account development across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales, Global and Key Accounts at Bühler Group since July 2020, Tami focuses on recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing executive sales team while developing comprehensive sales strategies to capture significant market share in the global CPG sector. Prior to Bühler Group, Tami held the position of Vice President of Sales at Anchor Glass Container Corp, managing a sales team and overseeing a $130MM P&L in the North American Liquor and Spirits segment. Tami's career also includes roles at AptarGroup, R. A Jones, and Avon Products INC., where responsibilities ranged from global account management to project management in packaging systems. Tami holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University.
