Annie Schmitz

Annie Schmitz has extensive experience in store operations and management. Annie started their career at Gap Inc./Old Navy as a Logistics Manager in 2003 and later became a General Manager. In 2010, they joined AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. as a Store Manager and progressively took on roles as Lead-Store Operations, Manager-Store Operations, and Manager- Global Store Operations, Aerie Brand. From 2016 to the present, Annie has been working at Build-A-Bear Workshop, where they started as a Director of Store Operations and is currently serving as the Vice President of Store Operations. Annie'sresponsibilities include developing operational strategies, project plans, and operational programs, as well as collaborating with cross-functional groups to ensure a consistent brand experience.

Annie Schmitz completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Clothing, Textiles & Merchandising from Missouri State University between the years 1999 and 2003.
