Beth Clark serves as the CEO of Allegro Training & Consulting since 1992, specializing in Learning & Development (L&D) and Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) initiatives. With extensive experience, Beth has worked with notable clients including Con Edison, Build-A-Bear Workshop, and the American Management Association, where responsibilities have included designing and implementing strategic D&I initiatives and training programs. Beth co-founded Kids Committed to Kids, which has raised over $22,000 for charitable organizations.
