Katie Lawder

Katie Lawder is an experienced visual merchandising professional with a strong background in retail management and creative direction. Currently serving as a Visual Production Specialist at Build-A-Bear Workshop since November 2019, Katie has successfully managed product selection and created visual concepts for store displays and marketing materials. Prior to this role, Katie held various positions at Target, where Katie was recognized for driving significant sales growth and training team members in visual standards. Previous experience includes roles at Victoria's Secret Pink and Cole Haan, where Katie excelled in sales and visual merchandising management. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Fontbonne University.
