Mark Dreyer-Calles

Mark Dreyer-Calles has over 12 years of experience in project management, engineering lab administration, business development and research, and catering. Mark is currently a Project Manager at Momentum (BuildMomentum.io). Prior to this, Mark worked as an Associate Project Manager at Envirosuite, managing projects for industrial clients and using an agile mindset within a waterfall methodology. Mark also worked as a Project Manager at Design Exteriors LLC, managing $1 million in yearly projects for the small design and landscaping firm. Mark has experience in IT roles, serving as an Engineer Lab Administrator at Broadcom Limited and a Server Lab Tech at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Mark also managed a team of six security personnel as the Lead of Lab Security/Tech at Brocade. Earlier in their career, Mark worked as a Caterer/Cook at Pers Party Service and led business development and research at SpotON Marketing. Mark began their career as a Lead/Cook at Halifax Burger Restaurant, overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen for a staff of 10 employees.

Mark Dreyer-Calles began their academic journey in 2000 at the Media Communication Academy within Newark Memorial High, where they earned a MCA Diploma as well as their High School Diploma in Graphic Design in 2003. Later on, from 2011 to 2015, they attended Roskilde University, obtaining their Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Philosophy and Science. Mark has also recently obtained several Agile-focused certifications through LinkedIn, including Agile Foundations, Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team, Agile at Work: Driving Productive Agile Meetings, Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories, and Scrum: The Basics.
