Pamela Minetti

Pamela Minetti is the Director of Philanthropy at BUILD. Pamela has over fifteen years of experience in sales, marketing, human resources, and fundraising. Prior to joining BUILD, Pamela was the Director of Development at the Focused Ultrasound Foundation, where they were responsible for cultivating and soliciting major gifts from individuals and foundations. Pamela has also held leadership positions at Boyden Global Executive Search and Mogavero, Lee & Co., Inc. In these roles, they oversaw sales and marketing efforts, respectively. Pamela has a proven track record of success in building relationships and executing strategic initiatives. Pamela is a passionate advocate for BUILD’s mission to empower young people from under-resourced communities to pursue their dreams and achieve their full potential.

Pamela Minetti has a MBA from Columbia Business School in Finance and Marketing and a BA with Highest Distinction from University of Virginia in Foreign Affairs.

Their manager is Chymeka Olfonse, Regional Executive Director, NYC. They work with Jenelle Bazil-Charles - Community Engagement Manager, Jazmin Moreno - Entrepreneurship Program Manager, and Decota Letman - Director, Strategic Partnerships. and Kenya George - Program Director reports to Pamela Minetti.
