Cristina Serrano Vergara

Cristina Serrano Vergara has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2013. Cristina began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Fincas Inmogem/Italica Reformes in 2013. Cristina then moved to a HR Technician role at TAVIL IND, SAU in 2014 and a Commercial Agent role at G-China Investment in 2015. In 2017, they began working at AVANCAR CARSHARING as a Commercial Agent and Divico Consultores as a People Manager, Talent Acquisition Consultant, and Assistant Recruiter. Most recently, in 2021, they took on the role of Human Resources Director at Build38, a Mobile App and Fraud Protection company, where they have won the SFS award. Her skills include Strategy, Team Leadership, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Human Resources, Recruiting, Management, Start-ups, and HR Policies.

Cristina Serrano Vergara began their education in 2013, earning a degree in Psychology from the Universitat de Barcelona. Cristina then continued their studies at Universitat Formatic - Barna, earning a degree in Public Relations & Marketing in 2018. In 2018, they completed a Master's in Human Resources Management: Organization and Talent Management from the Universitat de Barcelona. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive MBA at ESIC Business & Marketing School, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
