Nicole McCreary Phr

Nicole McCreary, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 10 years of experience in human resources. Nicole is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources at BuildASign, a leading ecommerce company. Prior to this, Nicole held roles at Bazaarvoice as a Sr. HR Analyst and at BuildASign.com as a Total Rewards Manager and Human Resources Generalist. Nicole also gained internship experience at organizations such as Lance Armstrong Foundation, American Heart Association, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and Del Monte Foods. Nicole's expertise lies in strategic growth, employee engagement, and aligning business objectives with employees.

Nicole McCreary, PHR, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, Nicole also holds additional certifications, including the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) obtained from SHRM in September 2015 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) obtained from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2013.
