Armela Gjoka

Armela Gjoka has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Armela is currently employed as a Software Engineer at Builder.io since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at ikubINFO from February 2020 to November 2021 as a Software Engineer. Before joining ikubINFO, they worked at Matrics as a Software Engineer from May 2017 to November 2019. Armela'sresponsibilities at Matrics included working with Angular 6 to implement new components, visualize financial data, and manage component states.

Armela also worked at Infosoft as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer from May 2016 to April 2017. Armela was responsible for developing customizations to Microsoft Dynamics Navision, troubleshooting code issues, and providing post-implementation support.

Before transitioning into software engineering roles, Armela gained experience as a Java Software Developer at Frost & Fire Albania from November 2014 to April 2016. In this role, they worked with the Vaadin Framework to develop web applications and utilized Java frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.

Armela's earlier work experience includes roles at Rogner Hotel Tirana. Armela served as a Human Resources Assistant from October 2014 to April 2016, where they conducted employee orientations, managed HR data, and organized trainings. Prior to that, they worked as a Food and Beverage Assistant, coordinating activities and training new employees. Armela started their time at Rogner Hotel Tirana as a Helper in July 2010.

Armela Gjoka obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University Polytechnic of Tirana. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Engineering at the same institution from 2018 to 2019. Prior to their university education, Armela attended Petro Nini Luarasi High School. In terms of certifications, they obtained a certificate in Machine Learning From Data to Decisions from Accredible in March 2019. Armela also earned a certification in IT Essentials Cisco from Cisco Networking Academy in February 2015. Additionally, Armela received a Youth in Action Certificate for completing the Skills for a Better Future Training in April 2014.
