Tom Fishman

Tom Fishman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital media and interactive content. As Chief Executive Officer at Builders from September 2021 to April 2025, Fishman led initiatives to tackle polarization and promote collaborative problem-solving through innovative content and toolkits. Prior to this role, Fishman served as General Manager at eko, where responsibilities included scaling interactive content offerings and executing a successful video series launch, driving significant viewer engagement. Fishman's background also includes strategic roles at Facebook, where contributions to Facebook Watch focused on integrating product and content for original series, and extensive leadership positions at Viacom, including SVP of MTV Digital, overseeing a wide range of digital strategy and operations. Fishman holds a Master’s degree in Physics from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Chicago.
