Dave Kansagor

Dave Kansagor is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property acquisition and market development. Currently serving as Regional Director for Builders Capital since April 2024 and as Principal at Groundswell Properties LLC since April 2018, Kansagor focuses on single and multifamily property acquisitions primarily in the Southeastern US and New England.
