Sara Francois

Sara Francois currently serves as the VP of Talent Development & Learning at Builders FirstSource, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Sara was the VP of Training at Altice USA and the Vice President of Learning & Development at Pretium, where Sara successfully led a global shared services organization focused on enhancing employee performance across multiple operating companies. With extensive experience at GP Strategies Corporation as Senior Director of Learning Services for Texas Instruments, Sara managed a global team dedicated to executing talent development strategies and creating sustainable learning solutions. Sara holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Stephen F. Austin State University.
