Delano Tavares Aic-M

Delano Tavares AIC-M, AIT, AINS has extensive experience in business systems management and analysis, currently serving as Business Systems Manager at Builders Mutual Insurance Company since July 2007. In this role, Delano conducts client interviews to document business processes, researches existing procedures, and develops strategies for improvement. Previous positions include Business Systems Analyst II and Analyst with a focus on project feasibility and system incident analysis.
