Felipe H. L.

Felipe H. L. is a Senior Product Manager at Lucid Motors, specializing in Powertrain Agile Systems since December 2021. In this role, Felipe leads initiatives as the Business Systems Solutions Architect for the Powertrain Hardware Engineering organization, focusing on project management systems for prototyping and validation. Previously, Felipe managed R&D and manufacturing operations for EV motors as a Project Manager and played a key role in developing direct-to-consumer logistics. Felipe's earlier experience includes guest services management at Snowmass Club, sommelier duties at Viceroy Snowmass, and sales advising at Tesla in Aspen. Felipe has a robust background in viticulture, having managed an organic vineyard and worked in viticulture consulting and winemaking in Chile. Felipe holds a Master’s in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a BA in Psychology from Trinity College-Hartford.
