Raina Shults

Raina Shults is an experienced professional currently serving as an Idea Accelerator Builder at Builders + Backers, a venture investment firm, since June 2023. Raina has owned a macaron shop, Sprinkle Me Sugar, in Downtown Jackson, TN, since December 2018. Prior to these roles, extensive experience at Nordstrom spanned a decade, where Raina held various management positions, including CHANEL RTW Manager and Designer Department Manager. Academic contributions included serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Vanderbilt University, a Writing Center Tutor, and an Adjunct Writing Instructor at Jackson State Community College, as well as a Research Assistant at Union University. Raina holds a Master of Arts in Jewish/Judaic Studies from Vanderbilt University and both a Bachelor's Degree and an Associate's Degree in English Language and Literature from Union University and Jackson State Community College, respectively.
