Joey Aquino is a versatile professional with extensive experience in venture partnerships, business development, and board leadership. Currently serving as a Venture Partner and Special Advisor at Builders VC and Board Member for both Hawai'i Land Trust and HawaiiKidsCAN, Joey has a strong commitment to community and innovation. Previous roles at Amazon included strategic business development and global partnerships in diverse areas such as AWS Startups and AppStore. Notable contributions include involvement with the Gold Rush Accelerator at GOLD HOUSE and founding the Startup Next pre-accelerator program at UP Global. Joey holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Hawai‘i - Shidler College of Business.
