Tayler Ross has a diverse work experience, primarily in the customer support and success field. Starting in 2012, Tayler worked at National Research Corporation as an Account Manager and later as an Implementation Specialist. In 2016, Tayler joined Buildertrend as a Customer Success Manager/Team Lead and later advanced to the role of Technical Services Manager. In 2019, Tayler became a Senior Manager - Customer Success and currently holds the position of Director of Customer Support.
