Greg Kemp is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and consultancy. From May 2019 to June 2022, Greg served as a Project Manager and Project Consultant at buildfifty5 Ltd, overseeing the Gilders Yard scheme for Grainger Plc, which involved the construction of 157 apartments and the refurbishment of the Grade II* listed Ashford & Sons buildings in Birmingham. Prior to this, Greg held various roles at Carillion from March 2010 to August 2014, including Section Manager for a £450 million project involving demolition and internal fit-out phases, Construction Package Manager for the new Midland Metropolitan Hospital, and Project Manager for lifecycle replacements at the Great Western Hospital. Currently, Greg continues to provide project management consultancy services and acts as an Employer's Agent for multiple key clients across commercial and residential developments in various UK cities. Greg holds a First Class Honours degree in Construction Engineering Management from Loughborough University, obtained in 2006.
