Christine Gilliland

Christine Gilliland, CFRE, serves as Principal at Way Up Strategic Solutions since June 2016, specializing in public relations and communications. Additionally, Christine holds the position of Copy Coach at BuildGood Academy, providing guidance on fundraising communications for nonprofit leaders. As a Tutor and Copywriter at the Institute for Sustainable Philanthropy, Christine contributes to the training of fundraising copywriting participants. In the role of Chapter Director for the Association of Fundraising Professionals New Brunswick Chapter, Christine leads various initiatives to support local charities and nonprofits. Christine's prior experience includes management roles in communications and fundraising for the Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation, Enterprise Saint John, and the Saint John Newcomers Centre, among others. Educationally, Christine holds credentials from Université Laval and New Brunswick Community College, emphasizing proficiency in French.
