Annette Pellinat is an experienced executive coach and organizational development leader with a robust background in talent management across various industries. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at Building Champions and as the Founder & Executive Coach of Pellinat Coaching & Consulting LLC, Annette specializes in leadership consulting, navigating organizational change, and personal transformation coaching. Previously, Annette held significant roles at Kaiser Permanente, including Executive Director of Talent Management & Organizational Development, where leadership strategies impacted over 85,000 employees. With prior leadership positions at WD, HGST, Northrop Grumman Corporation, Baxter Healthcare, Candle Corporation, and Xerox Corporation, Annette has developed and executed comprehensive talent management strategies while earning a Master’s in Organizational Development and a Bachelor's in Business Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
