Jeff Pinneo

CEO at Building Champions

Jeff Pinneo has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Jeff started off at Alaska Airlines in 1981, where they served as a PSC/Supervisor/Manager for Business Travel Marketing. Jeff later became the Director of Advertising. In 1990, they moved to Horizon Air and worked as the Vice President of Customer Services before ultimately becoming the President and CEO from 2002 to 2010. Following that, they served as the President and CEO of Medical Teams International from 2012 to 2016. Jeff also worked at Pacific Continental Bank as a Member of the Board of Directors from 2013 to 2017. In 2011, they joined Seattle Hospitality Group as a member of the Board of Directors. In 2016, they became a Trustee at M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust, and in 2017, they started working as a CEO Mentor at Building Champions.

Jeff Pinneo received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Advertising from the University of Washington, where they completed their studies from 1974 to 1980. Later on, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, which they completed between 1998 and 2001.
