Candice Rogers

Candice Rogers is the President of Paladin, Inc., leading efforts in building commissioning, sustainability, and LEED consulting since January 2001. With a focus on engineering design services for public institutions, educational facilities, and industrial manufacturing, Candice also serves on the International Board of Directors for the Building Commissioning Association. As a former Director of the LFUCG Environmental Commission, involvement in shaping environmental policy for Lexington-Fayette Urban County was demonstrated from February 2020 to March 2023. Additional experience includes a member role at Vistage International, as well as leadership positions in the Building Commissioning Association from 2009 to 2012. Candice Rogers holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Kentucky, where studies were completed from 2001 to 2003.
