Lesley Ray MBus CFRE FFIA is an accomplished fundraising professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within various nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as a Director and Chair of CFRE International's Board of Directors since January 2017, Lesley has also held the position of Vice Chair and chaired the Exam Committee and Advocacy Council. As a Founding Member of Women & Change since May 2014, Lesley promotes philanthropy among women by facilitating impactful grant-making processes for small charitable organizations in Queensland. In addition to a longstanding role as Fundraising Director at Mater Foundation, previous experience includes leadership positions at the Fundraising Institute Australia, Endeavour Foundation, and Cancer Council Queensland. Lesley holds a Master's degree in Business, specializing in Philanthropy and Non-Profit Studies from Queensland University of Technology.
