Patrick O’brien

Patrick O'Brien, PE has extensive experience in providing building enclosure consulting and structural engineering services for a variety of construction types. Patrick specializes in existing building evaluations, retrofits, enclosure commissioning for new construction, and distressed building components. Patrick also has experience in characterizing ductile behavior of steel deck diaphragms and overseeing large scale steel research projects. Patrick holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
