Wendy Rowden

Wendy Rowden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and real estate development. Currently serving as President and Board Member of Building for the Arts NY, Inc., Wendy also holds board positions with the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation and the Actors Fund Housing Development Corporation. Previously, Wendy was a Managing Director of Investments at Jonathan Rose Companies and served as Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at The Rockefeller Group. Additionally, Wendy has academic experience as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School, where responsibility included developing curriculum and teaching graduate-level courses in Real Estate Development. Wendy's academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Brown University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School, and a Master of Laws in Tax from New York University School of Law.
