Jeffrey Siegal

Mr. Siegal has been a senior executive in the alternative asset and private equity industry for the past thirty years. He was a founder and Partner of Metalmark Capital from 2001-2019 which managed funds with committed capital of $7 billion. Metalmark was the successful spinoff of the private equity business from Morgan Stanley where he was a Managing Director. Prior to Morgan Stanley Jeff was Senior Managing Director at Castle Harlan from 1989-2000 where he was one of the senior investment professionals managing funds in excess of $1 billion. He also served as an officer in the United States Air Force. He received a BA with Honors in Economics and Mathematics from Clark University where he was on a four-year full scholarship from the Air Force. He also received an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
