Kiwanii Pond has over 8 years of work experience in the field. From 2018 to present, they have been working as a Project Manager for Building Intelligence Inc. Prior to that, they were a Senior Associate at Cerami & Associates, Inc. from 2015 to 2018. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Studio Manager at Incorporated Architecture and Design. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Marketing Consultant and Staffing Manager at Robert Half, where they were responsible for providing consulting services and professional staffing, as well as candidate recruitment and retention, providing on-going support and career guidance to candidates, serving as a liaison for clients, candidates and/or prospective employees, generating leads and developing business relationships with fortune 500 companies, and coordinating and conducting meetings and conferences with senior-level executives. Before that, they were an Admissions Advisor at The Allen School from 2011 to 2012.
