Nick Legault is an accomplished entrepreneur and real estate investor with extensive experience in the industry. As the Founder and CEO of Building Investments Inc. since October 2008, Nick has led a firm specializing in the acquisition, renovation, rental, and management of multi-family and commercial properties in the Ottawa market. Additionally, Nick serves as President of Synergy Investment Group, a private equity firm focused on real estate investments in the USA, and is an active member of The Real Estate Investment Network Ltd., where valuable market insights and investment tools are accessed. As a long-standing member of the Ottawa Real Estate Investment Organization, Nick provides mentorship to emerging investors while sharing knowledge and strategies in the Ottawa real estate landscape.
