Rashmi Ghai

Rashmi Ghai is the Global Head of Sustainability & ESG at Citi Commercial Bank, having previously served as the EMEA Head of ESG and held the position of Director in the Banking, Capital Markets & Advisory sector focused on the EMEA Leverage Finance Portfolio Client Group. Prior experience includes serving as a Special Advisor at Building Markets and positions as an Analyst in both the Financial Institution Group and Global Industrials Group at Citi. Rashmi began a career in finance with an internship in Group Treasury as a Government Financial Reporter at Siemens. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Rutgers University and ongoing studies at Columbia Business School since August 2021.
