Brandon Carlson

Brandon Carlson serves as the Director of Real Estate Development at The BR Companies, where responsibilities include developing strategic plans, managing transactions related to real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and lease renewals, and overseeing pre-development and due diligence processes for residential projects in Southern California. Prior to this role, Brandon held positions at Paylocity as an HCM Account Executive, at Ethos Laboratories as a Territory Manager, and at Cintas as a Sales Representative, each involving business development and account management within specific territories. Brandon earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
