Monica Fredericks

Monica Fredericks has extensive experience in human resources and retail management, currently serving as a Human Resources Administrator at The BR Companies since May 2021, having previously held roles as a Receptionist and HR Admin. Prior to this, Monica worked at Ted Baker from October 2015 to November 2020, progressing from Stock Manager to Assistant Store Manager. Monica began the retail career at Macy's as a Mens Sales Associate from May 2009 to October 2012 and earlier held the position of Warehouse Lead at Circuit City from August 2004 to April 2009. Educationally, Monica earned an Associate of Science degree in Sociology from Mt. San Antonio College, completing studies from August 2021 to June 2023, after attending the institution from 2005 to 2007.
