Richard Montoya

Richard Montoya is an experienced project manager at Building Resources and has held the position of Cable Splicer Manager at Pacific Bell Telephone Company since August 1981. Montoya specializes in cable splicing, both underground and above ground, as well as maintenance splicing in similar environments. Education includes studies in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Administration at Citrus College from August 1982 to June 1984, although no degree was earned.
