Alan Laing

Alan Laing serves as Partner and Chief Executive Officer at RHEIA, LLC since July 2019, focusing on HVAC air distribution solutions. In addition to this role, Alan is an Advisory Board Member for both The Building Talent Foundation and ROXUL Inc., contributing to addressing labor challenges in homebuilding and providing strategic guidance. Previously, Alan owned Laing Associates, offering consulting services in operational improvement and cost management for the homebuilding industry, and served as Executive Vice President Operations at Taylor Morrison, ensuring excellence in homebuilding operations. Alan also held leadership positions, including President and CEO at Orleans Homebuilders, where the company was successfully rebuilt from bankruptcy, and as an Area President at Pulte Homes. Alan's notable early career includes a role as Director of Quality and Customer Satisfaction at Tridel. Alan is an alumnus of Seneca Polytechnic.
