Alexandria Pollock has held several positions in the property management industry since 2007. In 2007, they began working as a Consultant at Seabreeze Management Company, Inc., and was later promoted to General Manager and Portfolio Manager. In 2017, they moved to BuildingLink.com as Regional Sales Manager, where they promoted the company's web-based platform to luxury residential properties. In 2019, they became Executive Retreat Committee Chair at CAI-Greater Los Angeles Chapter, a volunteer role where they worked with a team to organize a yearly Summit for Management Company CEOs and Executives.

Alexandria Pollock received their diploma from Saugus High School in 2002. Alexandria then attended the College of the Canyons from 1996 to 2008, studying Early Childhood Education and Teaching, as well as Biology, General at UC Santa Barbara from 2002 to 2003. In 2008, they obtained their California Community Associations Manager, CCAM certification from CACM. In 2010, they obtained their Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA\u00ae) certification from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). In 2011, they obtained their Association Management Specialist, AMS certification from the Community Associations Institute. Finally, in 2013, they obtained their High Rise Community Management and Professional Community Association Manager, PCAM certifications from CACM.
