Fallon Parker has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. They started their career as a Legal Assistant Co-op at Cooley Manion Jones LLP, where they evaluated potential medical research and assisted in deposition and trial preparations.

They then worked as a Human Factors Co-op at QinetiQ North America, conducting eye-tracking studies and evaluating biomechanical stress on various joints. This was followed by a User Experience Co-op role at The MathWorks, where they contributed to user research and collaborated on prototypes.

Fallon transitioned to the field of psychology and worked as a Research Assistant at the Lifespan Emotional Development Lab at Northeastern University, performing literature reviews and analyzing data using SPSS. They also gained research experience at the Developmental Psychology Lab, contributing to articles for publication and creating posters for conferences.

Returning to the technology industry, Fallon joined The MathWorks as an Associate User Experience Specialist. They worked closely with team members on user research, identifying pain points, and developing user profiles and task lists. They contributed to requirements and design documents and collaborated on prototypes.

At Solaria Labs, a Liberty Mutual Endeavor, Fallon served as a User Researcher, leading research efforts for a new venture team. They created research plans aligned with the venture's goals and taught research practices to team members.

Afterward, Fallon joined Liberty Mutual Insurance as a User Researcher, developing and executing research plans with product teams and leading discussions to find solutions to customers' problems.

Currently, Fallon is the Director of Product Design and Experience at Buildium, where they oversee product design and user experience. They established the research function within the organization and have been instrumental in advancing research efforts.
