Jeana Pondelli

Jeana Pondelli has a diverse work history starting in 2005. Jeana began their career as a District Trainer at Panera Bread, where they trained and mentored associates while coordinating new product rollouts and store openings. After two years, they transitioned to Texas Roadhouse as a Host Coordinator, working there for two years before moving on to Live Nation in 2009. At Live Nation, they held the role of Phone Concierge and Concert Administration until 2020. In 2012, Jeana joined Buildium, where they started as a Customer Care Agent and progressed through various roles, including Team Lead, Training Lead, Training Manager, Product Manager, and Senior Product Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Product Management at Buildium.

Jeana Pondelli pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Suffolk University, which they completed between the years 2005 and 2009.
