Annie Kim has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Annie is currently the Director of Product Management at Elevate K-12, where they focus on providing equal educational opportunities for students regardless of their location. Prior to this, Annie worked at Stash, starting as a Visual Arts & Design Educator at Columbia University in the City of New York and Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh. Annie later transitioned into the field of product management at Stash, where they held various positions such as Lead Product Manager of Growth and Senior Product Manager. Annie also has experience in the education sector, serving as the Head of HS Arts & Athletics Department at Prospect Schools and being a founding High School IB Visual Arts & Design Teacher. Overall, they have demonstrated a strong passion for education and innovative product management.
Annie Kim obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Industrial Design from Carnegie Mellon University from 2005 to 2009. Annie then completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Art Education from Teachers College, Columbia University from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, Annie Kim received a Certification of Completion in UXUI (User Experience Design) from General Assembly in 2017.
