Samantha Chaves

Samantha Chaves has a diverse work experience in content design and strategy. Samantha started working at Wayfair in 2014 as a Site Merchandising Associate and then moved on to Digitas North America in 2016, where they served as a Senior Content Strategist until 2017. Samantha then joined Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2018 as a UX Content Strategist, both as a contractor and later as a full-time employee. In 2019, they transitioned to Chewy, where they worked as a Content Designer until 2021. Currently, Samantha holds the position of Senior Content Designer at Buildium.

Samantha Chaves completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from Suffolk University, starting in 2016 and finishing in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, attending from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, Samantha obtained a certification in Understanding Consumer Behavior from LinkedIn in October 2016.
