Paul Annesley

Paul Annesley is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and site reliability. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Buildkite since November 2019, Paul has held several leadership roles including Head of Engineering and Director of Site Reliability Engineering. Prior to Buildkite, Paul was Director of Engineering, SRE and Lead Architect of Distributed Systems at Culture Amp. Paul's earlier roles include Lead Software Engineer at 99designs, where significant contributions were made to application architecture and a new office setup, and founding Broadstack as a marketplace for web application add-ons. Additional experience spans various positions at SitePoint, Learnable, and Netlink Connect that involved full-stack development, test-driven development, and system administration.
