Nirmal George

Nirmal George is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Head Of Operations at buildnext.in since May 2016, Nirmal has previously gained valuable experience during a summer internship at Amazon, where impressive performance led to a pre-placement offer. During this internship, Nirmal developed an automated Miss-sort Analysis Matrix and coordinated efforts across multiple teams to address operational challenges. Nirmal's engineering expertise stems from a tenure at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, focusing on the electrical systems of the HJT-36 jet aircraft, where effective test setups significantly improved efficiency and reduced lead times. Nirmal holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut. Additionally, Nirmal participated in a student exchange program at NEOMA Business School in 2015.
