Karen Fountain

Karen Fountain has extensive experience in finance and accounting, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Finance Clerk at buildOn since June 2017, Karen previously held a contract position as an Accounting Assistant at the same organization. Prior to that, Karen worked at CSC Media Group as an Accounts and Administration Coordinator, overseeing the accounts department's daily operations. At Brunico Communications, Karen held multiple roles, culminating in positions as Controller and Director of Circulation and Accounting Manager, where responsibilities included managing staff, financial audits, and the implementation of new software systems. Karen's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Carleton University and completion of the National Bookkeeping Certification program.
