Holden Williams

Holden Williams, MPA, is a skilled professional with diverse experience in governmental and organizational roles. Currently serving as the Clerk of Finance for the North Carolina General Assembly since May 2023, previous positions include Communications and Marketing Specialist for the North Carolina Association of Workforce Development Boards and various roles within the U.S. Senate office of Thom Tillis. In student government at East Carolina University, Holden was elected Speaker of the Student Assembly and advocated for important initiatives such as active shooter training. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from East Carolina University.
