Amber Zinky is a seasoned professional in customer success and technical implementation, currently serving as the Manager of Strategic Customer Success at BuildOps since May 2025. In this role, Amber leads a team of Strategic Customer Success Managers to ensure that BuildOps’ most valuable customers achieve long-term success through effective strategies and streamlined processes. Prior to this position, Amber held several roles at EVOLVE, including Director of Technical Implementation and Customer Experience, where industry knowledge and leadership skills were leveraged to support both internal teams and customers. Amber holds an Associate's of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Moraine Park Technical College, earned between 2017 and 2019.
