Rachel Edwards is an experienced Customer Success professional with a strong background in developing and managing customer-focused teams. Currently serving as Principal Customer Success Manager at Zendesk since March 2016, Rachel has previously held positions including Senior Customer Success Executive and Customer Success Executive. At Edmodo, Rachel was instrumental as Director of Customer Success, where responsibilities included strategizing for the organization’s inaugural Customer Success team and leading efforts in onboarding and account management. Earlier experience includes community management and user advocacy as Manager of Community Support at Edmodo, as well as impactful work as a High School English Teacher for Teach For America, earning a nomination for the Sue Lehman Award for Excellence in Teaching. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Southern California and a Teaching Credential in Urban Education from Loyola Marymount University.
