Artur Dilanyan

Artur Dilanyan is an experienced executive and investor with a diverse background in real estate, private equity, and technology. Currently serving as a Board Member at ARFI Investing and a Partner and Chief Executive Officer at Builg, Artur has been involved in independent real estate investments since 2016. Their prior role as a Representative of the Armenian National Interests Fund in North America from 2020 to 2024 further highlights their commitment to economic development. Artur founded NIX Computers and led the company as CEO from 2009 to 2016. As a Founding Partner of Umoneyline Credit Union and CEO of Elinco, Artur has demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial skills throughout their career. Artur holds a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from Armenian State University of Economics and has furthered education at the University of Toronto.
