Carolyn Vo

Carolyn Vo is an experienced Learning and Development professional currently serving as a Learning and Development Advisor at Built Environs since September 2025. In this role, Carolyn collaborates with leaders and teams to create engaging learning experiences that enhance capabilities and foster a growth-oriented culture. Prior to this, Carolyn held the position of Organisational Development Lead at Scope (Aust) from May 2021 to September 2025, focusing on building organisational capability and transforming workplace culture. Carolyn's experience also includes roles at ACCIONA as a Training Manager and Learning & Development Coordinator, and at The Reject Shop as a Return to Work Coordinator. Carolyn Vo holds a Bachelor of Psychological Studies (Honours) in Psychology and a combined Bachelor's degree in Psychological Studies and Business (Human Resources Management) from Victoria University.
