Stefan Lowenadler MRICS is a seasoned commercial manager with extensive experience in the construction industry across Australia and New Zealand. Currently serving as the Commercial Manager at Built Environs Pty Ltd since March 2016, Stefan holds accountability for all commercial operations within the business. Previously, Stefan held similar roles at Built. Pty Ltd and Broad Construction Services (WA) Pty Ltd, managing projects and financial responsibilities ranging from small refurbishments to large-scale developments. Early career experience includes roles as a Senior Cost Engineer at Currie & Brown, Project Quantity Surveyor at Dutco Balfour Beatty, and Quantity Surveyor at Resnekov and Nielsen (Cape) Pty Ltd, highlighting a strong foundation in cost management and tendering processes. Stefan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Cape Town and has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2015.
