Aaron Bailey

Aaron Bailey has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. In 2012, they started as a Statistical Analyst at Westmont College, where they conducted quantitative statistical data analysis and created graphs and presentations for conferences. In 2014, they became a Sales Account Executive at Impact, a role they held until 2016. During this time, they also co-founded Earthos, a company they were involved with until 2014. In 2016, Aaron embarked on a personal sabbatical and successfully completed a thru-hiking journey along The Pacific Crest Trail. Aaron later returned to Impact and took on positions as the Head of National Accounts and Head of Partnerships for the West Coast region. In 2019, they joined 500 Startups as the Manager of Innovation & Partnerships until 2020. Additionally, Aaron has also been involved with various startups as an Advisor and Investor since 2017.
