Howard Anderson has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Howard started their career as an RF Engineer at eXpert Wireless in 2000. Howard then moved to Sprint Nextel in 2004, where they held roles as an iDEN Capacity Engineer and later as the XOHM Capacity NPOC. In 2009, they joined Clearwire as the Manager of National RF Capacity and Forecasting before being promoted to the Director of RF Planning and Performance. In 2013, they transitioned to Sprint as the Director of RF Planning and Performance. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Business Intelligence and Analytics at First Volunteer Bank, where they have been since 2017.

Howard Anderson attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1995 to 2000, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study.
