Nikhil Kulkarni completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications at BIT, Durg from 1999 to 2003. Nikhil then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management (PGDIM) at the National Institute of Industrial Engineering in 2004 and 2005. Prior to their higher education, Nikhil attended Campion School in Bhopal from 1985 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, they became a DSCI Certified Privacy Lead Assessor in December 2013 through the DSCI - a NASSCOM initiative.
